You will lead end‑to‑end injury management and return‑to‑work coordination, while partnering closely with leaders, employees, insurers and health providers. This role may be based in Lismore (NSW) or Labrador, Gold Coast (QLD). The role will involve regular travel to Norco sites in NSW and QLD to support injury management, return‑to‑work and wellbeing initiatives. Pool vehicles are provided for all work‑related travel, so you can focus on supporting our people, not the logistics.  This is a role for someone who combines technical injury management capability with empathy, emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to support people through challenging moments.What you will be doingCoordinating end‑to‑end injury management and return‑to‑work processes, from early intervention through to sustainable recovery outcomesDeveloping, implementing and reviewing individual return‑to‑work plans aligned to medical capacity, operational needs and legislationPartnering with leaders to support suitable duties, workplace adjustments and best‑practice return‑to‑work approachesBuilding positive relationships with employees, insurers, treating practitioners and rehabilitation providersManaging claim performance, reporting trends and identifying opportunities for continuous improvementSupporting the delivery of employee well-being initiatives, education and awareness campaignsProviding trusted, practical advice on wellbeing, psychosocial risks and support pathwaysMaintaining accurate, confidential case management records and ensuring legislative complianceWhat you will bringExperience in injury management, return‑to‑work coordination or workplace wellbeingSound knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation and injury management legislationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care and professionalismA proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple matters at onceConfidence working across different operational environments and with diverse stakeholdersA values‑led mindset and genuine care for peopleRelevant tertiary qualifications (WHS, Rehabilitation, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or similar) Return to Work Coordinator certificationDesirable (but not essential):Experience in manufacturing, logistics, agriculture or retail environmentsExposure to psychosocial risk management or wellbeing frameworksWhy join Norco?We are proud of the way we look after our people.
